Due to ongoing dry conditions and prevailing high winds, Fire Marshal Colorado Cordova of the Los Alamos Fire Department (LAFD) has enacted fire restrictions to Stage 1, effective April 28, within the boundaries of Los Alamos County to safeguard public health and safety, as well as protect lands, structures, natural and historical artifacts. Los Alamos County is planning improvements to the San Ildefonso (Dinosaur Park) playground and invites the community to share input. Join on February 4th at Fuller Lodge or online to learn about the project, review early design concepts, and help shape an accessible, inclusive, and welcoming play space.

New play structures and supporting amenities
Shade and inclusive, unstructured play opportunities
