Due to ongoing dry conditions and prevailing high winds, Fire Marshal Colorado Cordova of the Los Alamos Fire Department (LAFD) has enacted fire restrictions to Stage 1, effective April 28, within the boundaries of Los Alamos County to safeguard public health and safety, as well as protect lands, structures, natural and historical artifacts. Scope
The scope of work for this pavement preservation project is to perform preventative maintenance of the existing asphalt pavement in the North Community and North Mesa Areas. This project will enhance the durability and maintain the service life and Pavement Condition Index (PCI) of the streets in both communities. Below is a schedule of activities as well as parking and traffic restrictions during operations.
