Due to ongoing dry conditions and prevailing high winds, Fire Marshal Colorado Cordova of the Los Alamos Fire Department (LAFD) has enacted fire restrictions to Stage 1, effective April 28, within the boundaries of Los Alamos County to safeguard public health and safety, as well as protect lands, structures, natural and historical artifacts. We offer gorgeous + delicious sandwich bread with a beautiful crumb, cinnamon roll loaf, flaky scones (green chile-cheddar, vanilla), gingerbread, and COOKIES (any variety!). We created our own proprietary blend of whole and ancient grain flour that we use for all baked items. We offer our blend for purchase along with mixes. Scones and cookies can be baked for you or sold as “take and bake” so you can enjoy the delicious baking aromas from your own kitchen We bake most weekends, serving the community as a Cottage Business
