Elevated GF Baking Co offers whole grain, flavorful, structured gluten-free baked goods, locally created for your enjoyment at 7300’. We offer gorgeous + delicious sandwich bread with a beautiful crumb, cinnamon roll loaf, flaky scones (green chile-cheddar, vanilla), gingerbread, and COOKIES (any variety!). We created our own proprietary blend of whole and ancient grain flour that we use for all baked items. We offer our blend for purchase along with mixes. Scones and cookies can be baked for you or sold as “take and bake” so you can enjoy the delicious baking aromas from your own kitchen We bake most weekends, serving the community as a Cottage Business
