Water Fitness Classes in the Leisure Lagoon:

Aquatic exercise promotes and enhances physical and mental fitness. The water's unique properties allow the pool to provide an environment for people of all abilities. Buoyancy reduces impact, making it easier on joints, while water's resistance challenges the muscles. The beauty of water is that it offers aerobic activity, resistance training, and flexibility all at once. Water is thicker than air, so muscles get stronger.

Class Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:

  • 9:00 am - 10:00 am - Shallow Water Fun & Fitness
  • 10:00 am - 11:00 am - Therapy Fun & Fitness 

    Monday & Wednesday:
  • 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm - Shallow Water Fitness

 

Fees

Fitness Daily Fee:

  • Adult - $5.50 per class
  • Senior - $4.50 per class
  • Youth - $4.50 per class

10-Visit Water Fitness

  • Adult - $40.00 (3-month expiration)
  • Senior - $35.00 (3-month expiration)
  • Youth - $35.00 (3-month expiration)
