Due to ongoing dry conditions and prevailing high winds, Fire Marshal Colorado Cordova of the Los Alamos Fire Department (LAFD) has enacted fire restrictions to Stage 1, effective April 28, within the boundaries of Los Alamos County to safeguard public health and safety, as well as protect lands, structures, natural and historical artifacts. Once an application is submitted online, please check the CSS Dashboard frequently for updated permit review status, information on holds providing or requiring additional information, and invoices waiting for payment.
If you see a permit is on hold in CSS, please email permit.techs@lacnm.us once you have addressed the issue or provided the required information.

This department maintains the County's parks, trails, and recreation facilities. This is the team you'll work with if you want to advertise a vehicle for sale in the Lemon Lot, hold a special event, camp in one of the RV parks, or be a vendor at a special event.
