The contract for the golf course restaurant is set to expire on December 31, 2025, and the County has elected not to extend it. The Los Alamos County Community Services Department (CSD) is now inviting Statements of Interest from individuals or businesses interested in operating the golf course restaurant space at 4244 Diamond Drive, Los Alamos.
On-site restaurant space walk-throughs will be available on the following dates and times:
These walk-throughs will offer interested parties a chance to view the space and ask questions before submitting their proposal. Reservations are not necessary.
Statements of Interest must be submitted by 5 p.m. MST on Friday, Oct. 10, 2025.
