Fire Department has responded to multiple lightning-strike fires on Pajarito Mountain and in Bandelier's Ponderosa Campground. They are working to extinguish them (American Springs fires out). Meanwhile, the National Park Service has responded to a lightning-strike fire in Bandelier. U.S. Forest Service fire crews are en route to assist.
There is no threat to the community from any of them.
