Administrative Services Department

The Administrative Services Department comprises six divisions including Finance, Payroll, Budget, Procurement, Information Management and Records Management. These division groups provide supportive services and assist with the general operation of all the other county departments.

Finance and Budget

The Finance Division is responsible for the Accounting Operations and Budget and Financial Performance for the County.

Records & Information Management

Oversees the activities involved with respect to the creation, organization, storage, retrieval, movement and destruction of Los Alamos government records in accordance with state and local laws.

Geographic Information System Services

We provide support with geographic information technology for analysis and decision-support as it pertains to geospatial information.

Procurement

Procurement is responsible for purchasing, contracting, receiving and material management.
