The Department of Public Utilities (DPU) is happy to announce that the automated metering infrastructure (AMI) portal is operational again. The AMI service portal provides utility customers with insight into their consumption data for electric, gas, and water services, and can be accessed at https://ladpu.com/mymeters.
DPU is also announcing that the engineering staff will be holding office hours from 9 a.m. – 11 p.m., daily, starting Monday, August 10.
“We realize our customers are busy and our staff is busy and that doesn’t allow for overlap to answer questions and provide guidance,” said Utilities Manager Philo Shelton.
Engineers will be available to answer questions regarding permits, solar installations, and engineering-related inquiries.
