Lumen investigating internet and phone outage

Los Alamos, New Mexico—Lumen is investigating a cut in a fiber line that provides service to Santa Fe and Los Alamos. Currently, internet service and normal cellphone service is unavailable. 9-1-1 is still available for emergency calls.

Public Wi-Fi is available at Ashley Pond Park and at both library locations. Coverage may be limited. Find updates and announcements on the County website.
There is no estimate time when the outage will be fixed. More information as we receive it.
