Los Alamos County invites you to connect with the Atomic Fiber team and the network's four Internet Service Providers (ISP) at two community events this week.
Stop by the Farmers' Market at Ashley Pond Park this Thursday morning or ScienceFest Discovery Day at Fuller Lodge this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Learn more about the community broadband network, when service will be available to your home, and how to sign up. Grab some neat Atomic Fiber giveaways while seeing the technology behind the network and the process of building out a network to every part of the County. Each of the four ISPs will be available to share the benefits of signing up for their service.
Construction of the community broadband network is currently underway, and the first of eight phases is anticipated to go live as early as December.
