If you need to request a new roll cart (including a bear-resistant cart), or if your roll cart has been damaged or lost, please complete and submit the Roll Cart Request form below.
Environmental Services offers several different types of carts. Visit the Residential Trash and Recycling page.
Note: Due to the high cost of bear-resistant carts, only one bear-resistant cart is available per household. Residents with additional trash carts may continue using their standard carts for non-bear-attractant materials, such as bagged non-food waste. All bear-attractant waste—including food waste, pet food, food-soiled paper products, and other odorous materials—should be placed in the bear-resistant cart. If additional bear-resistant capacity is needed, residents are encouraged to reduce odors by securely bagging waste, freezing food scraps until collection day when practical, and placing carts at the curb on the morning of their scheduled collection.
Once your request has been received, Environmental Services will arrange for delivery of your cart. After delivery, please ensure the cart is used in accordance with program requirements.
