Care for the planet

Humans can demonstrated an ability unlike any other creature to impact the planet's natural processes. The introduction of carbon on at unprecedented rate has accelerated climate change far beyond how life and processes can adapt. We extract resources far faster than any other species on the planet, are converting habitats to urban areas, and creating chemicals and materials that will exist for thousands of years or longer.

What are we doing, from a local to planetary scale, to learn from our mistakes and care for our planet?
